     The AD8091(single chip) and the AD8092(double chip) are low-cost, voltage-feedback, high-speed amplifiers designed for use with + 3v, + 5v, or ±5v power supplies. The AD8091/AD8092 has true single-channel power supply capability, with the input voltage range extended to 200 mV below the negative rail and 1v inside the track.

    Despite its low price, the AD8091/AD8092 offers excellent overall performance and versatility. Output voltage swing extends up to 25 millivolts per rail, providing maximum output dynamic range and excellent overdrive recovery. This makes the AD8091/AD8092 suitable for video electronics such as camcorders, video switchers, or any high speed portable device. Low distortion and fast settling make it ideal for active power filter applications.

     The AD8091/AD8092 provides low supply current and can operate on a single 3v power supply. These features are ideal for portable and battery-powered applications, where size and power are critical. The wide band width and fast conversion rate make these amplifiers very useful in many general purpose, high-speed applications, where a dual power supply of ±6v and a single power supply from + 3v to + 12v are required. This low cost performance is provided by the 8-pin SOIC (AD8091/AD8092), miniature SOT23-5 (AD8091), and MSOP (AD8092).
