ROHM Semiconductor has introduced a new series of Intelligent Power Modules (IPM) optimized for high-speed and energy-efficient operation in motor drive and inverter applications. The 600V module integrates a series of components in a compact package, such as gate drivers, bootstrap diodes, IGBT or ROHM's proprietary low Ron SuperJunction power MOSFET (PrestoMOS) and flywheel diode (FWD).
