Rohm's BH6260MWX SPST USB Switch IC. The device includes a single pole single throw (SPST) analog switch and an inverter analog switch in a single package. Analog SW0 and SW1 can pass USB 2.0 high-speed signals, while analog SW2 and SW3 can pass UART signals. In this way, it is possible to "guarantee" the supply voltage range from 2.9V to 3.7V. The enable signals ENB0, ENB1, EN2 and EN3 can control the analog SW0, SW1, SW2 and SW3. Because the analog switches SW0 and SW1 have low capacitance, they can pass USB 2.0 high-speed signals without distortion. The company said that all terminals also have built-in electrostatic discharge protection circuits.
