TDK Epcos current-compensated chokes are designed for a maximum voltage of 300VAC and provide inductance values from 10mH to 100mH.
These chokes can withstand rated currents from 0.7A to 2.3A at an operating temperature of 40 ° C. The plastic frame and epoxy coating meet UL94 V-0 requirements.
In addition to having good common-mode rejection, these chokes also have good differential-mode rejection due to their high stray inductance (about 2%). In many cases, this means that no additional components are needed for differential mode suppression. Therefore, these chokes are particularly suitable for new switching power supply designs with high switching frequencies.
